Many of us have always wanted to write a book, an article, a poem, prose, fiction or nonfiction. Unfortunately for many of us, we have settled for what we are doing instead of making our dream of what we could be doing happen. What is stopping us from making that dream happen? We give all kinds of reasons as to why we cannot devote a few minutes a day to obtaining our goals. Many Christians will say that God sends us trials to test us. And there might be some truth in that. Many of us are stronger than we think and it takes difficult challenges to make this clear. But I didn't think this applied to my uncle -- he has had many challenges over the course of his life and I think he has a good handle on his own strengths. You do not become a leader in one day and just stop. Life-long learning is important in becoming a good leader for each day brings new experiences that put your knowledge, skills, and attitude to a test. 3. Leadership starts with you. The best way to develop leadership qualities is to apply it to your own life. Maybe I'll write another article about that internal dialogue....... "The only way to live is to accept each moment as an unrepeatable miracle, which is exactly what it is - a miracle and unrepeatable." -- Margaret Storm Jameson So, how do you relate this knowledge and my rantings to ones Business or day to day life? Placed in someone with a strong spirit but defective parts, it is assimilated to become part of the collective of an entirely different spirit. The liver has life for several hours. The cornea of our eyes continues ready for life, in another host for 1 week. That is unless you live in a third world country where they are considered viable for 2 weeks. We try to work, think, collect money, create masterpieces and preach others inspiring stories. We try to do so much in life and feel that we are making great use of the time. What is the ultimate result? Death. We all die. The ruins of many old monuments, the old manuscripts, the fossils and everything else we can find in a museum tell us about what our forefathers tried.
