Snovit - motivation

Open your throat, relax your body and allow inspiration to take place. Inspiration a great word, isn't it? Your breath is your life energy that connects to inner wisdom, resources and strength. A good way to practice centering is to notice how often you hold your breath. The awareness will trigger you to start breathing again. Not only will you learn, but you will also have plenty of stories to share, enabling you to practice your storytelling skills and making you the life of the party. Embrace insanity. What things any of us can accomplish, be they great or small, if even maintaining our own existence, is because of this remarkable power. This power or force that actuates our mind and body, I believe to be the spirit of man. In college, as I flew once in awhile, I always got a window seat - I wanted to be able to watch the ground pass below me. The wonderment of it all - the patterns and beauty of looking out the window was overwhelming. All of us expect to get fooled, and try to save ourselves from making others laugh at our expense. Are all of us not fools even otherwise? This may sound shocking; so let me tell you why I think so. How about politicians and leaders? They make fools of us all through the year. Isn't correct? They invent fantastic excuses and give more implausible promises. " Centering Practice To train in centering, the Aikidoist practices a relaxed posture and directs the weight of her body towards her physical center. She also breathes into her center to enhance the grace and economy of her movement. You can do the same. Breathe deeply. Exhale slowly.
