Having a relationship that is good, where cooperation and respect are manifested, can make society work better. In this way each member works for the good of the whole and towards achieving a common goal. This can only be attained with effective and efficient relationships. Understanding the other parties' feeling and position creates an effective and efficient relationship. In other words, proper eating habits plus exercise equals fast metabolism, which, in turn gives you more energy throughout the day and allows you to do more physical work with less effort. The true purpose of exercise is to send a repetitive message to the body asking for improvement in metabolism, strength, aerobic capacity and overall fitness and health. who is not awed by the beauty of a spring rose, fresh with dew, or the fresh appeal of a yellow buttercup, or the fiesta of colors in a bunch of gerberas (beautiful flowers, awful name!) We've come to associate the germination and birth of a flower with life itself. We talk about children "blossoming", the "rosy red glow" of a pregnant woman or "happy as a rosebud in June". You will have heard that expression if at first you don t succeed, try and try again. Yuck. Awful stuff. It really should read if at first you don t succeed, try and try, and try and try and try and try and try etc, etc. You want to do the things you want to do, you want to achieve the things you want to achieve; you don t want to try and do them or try and achieve them. We are all derived from an organizing intelligence no matter what religion, nationality, or belief system, that divine spark resides within everyone even if the person is not currently aware of it. Therefore, this organizing intelligence is the place from which we all derive inspiration in spirit. An inspired life is finding a way to live in harmony with the divine intelligence with every thought you have. The Word of God is Truth, and the Truth will set you free. Freedom from fear, despair, suffering, and anxiety is the greatest gift you can get. It fills you with hope, love and faith which transforms into real Power.. Jesus is also called the Word of God. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with of God, and the Word was God.
