The proper fruit of knowledge is action. It is true that gaining knowledge can make us feel more capable but knowledge in itself will not produce the results we really desire. One of the biggest myths that is prevalent in the information age is the notion that knowledge is power. Knowledge is not power. Members catch the habit of constantly assessing themselves for their strengths and areas for improvement that they themselves perceive what knowledge, skills, and attitudes they need to acquire to attain team goals. In the process, they attain individually excellence as well. An example is in the case of a musical orchestra: each member plays a different instrument. We have become a nation of Sudoku puzzle addicts. The instructions are deceptively simple. Fill in the nine-column grid so that every row, every column and every 3 x 3 box within it contains the digits 1- 9. And no, you don't have to be a mathematician or particularly numerate " The Independent on Sunday runs one based one letters rather than numbers " to do it. Danny Thomas said, "All of us are born for a reason, but all of us don't discover why. Success in life has nothing to do with what you gain in life or accomplish for yourself. It's what you do for others." Share everything and you will achieve a legacy of kindness. Share nothing and people will, do their best, to forget you. Remember, you are the leader of your own life. Take your time and choose, cut and paste pictures that really speak to you. If you see a picture that shows someone doing something that you wish you could do, but the picture makes you feel anxious or nervous, don t use it. Likewise, you won t want to choose something that is too unbelievable. What makes the difference between these two groups of people? I believe it has to be a will to live, some inner resource, that one group possesses and the other does not. A few weeks ago my Uncle Carl's left hand was amputated after being injured in an accident with a log splitter. It was devastating to those who love him and certainly no one would have blamed him for becoming depressed and grieving.
